We are located one block East of the corner of Harry and Webb Rd. Our office is on the North side of the street and on the North side of the building. To enter our office complex, turn North on Goebel from Harry, then pull into the parking lot and drive to the North lot. You will find our office in Suite 150.

He also a Machinery and Equipment Analyst (MEA) and is a certified Senior Business Analyst (SBA). Randy is a Certified Business Intermediaries (CBI) as sanctioned by the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). Randy has owned several small businesses and has worked as a business consultant for several years while working for a national company.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it	Debbie brings to the office a total of ten years administrative and office management experience from the United States Air Force and the Kansas Air National Guard. She had various duties in the military and has a great work ethic. She has a “can do” attitude and aside from proving Murphy’s Law on occasion she is a welcome addition to the office. Debbie decided to join the Sunbelt Team after being a full time Mom for 18 years which she describes as being “the most challenging job available.”

He graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing. His background includes banking and finance, marketing, real estate investing, property management, and title insurance. He was an executive in the title and abstract business from 1992 thru 2004, and is the former owner of Butler County Title. Prior to that, he was a VP at Bank IV. Currently, Randy serves the citizens of Butler County as Commissioner. He is a member of the Wichita Area Builder's Association, Optimist Club, and Augusta United Methodist Church. He and his wife, Kathy, have been married 29 years and have two daughters.

He has over 10 years experience working for national and local CPA firms. John has owned his accounting firm for 25 years at different times. JohnÂ’s experience also includes the position of Chief Financial Officer for a construction company and automotive service company. John has experience in helping his clients buy and sell businesses and is ready to put his experience to work for you.
